Increasing Digital Access and Supports

We have unprecedented investment in learning technology, but we must ensure that it benefits all of our students. Without a new generation of supports, the digital learning revolution will exacerbate achievement gaps. Schools can’t and shouldn’t have to tackle this challenge alone.  Span Learning increases digital access and supports through:

Community-Wide Partnerships

Facilitating community-wide partnerships to increase internet access and digital literacy, helping students and families access the internet and develop the skills for digital learning success.

Technical Assistance

Advising schools and community-based organizations on education technology initiatives that put students and families first, are not linked to a pre-defined technology solution, and maximize the impacts of limited resources.

Resource Development

Helping local efforts garner funding and in-kind support, and tap into the infusion of national resources for internet connectivity, including initiatives like ConnectEd and EveryoneOn.
